Itinerary and Packing Checklist
You get an itinerary and recommended pack list. Our recommendations are based on deep regional camping knowledge from our trusted advisors.
Unlimited text message support
Text us with any questions you have about your specific trip or camping generally. Our goal is for you to be informed and confident.
Comprehensive Gear Kit
Our gear kits are custom tailored to your needs and carefully packed for maximum convenience. Kits include everything down to cooking oil, a s’mores kit and LED camp lights. See a sample kit.
Basic Camp Skills Training (optional)
Want to review the basics of car camping? We’ll meet you at the local park for an in-person walk-through.
Pre-trip Conditions Monitoring
Leading up to your trip we monitor park and trail conditions to make last minute gear optimizations. We’ll alert you if there are any important park notices.

$625 base price - includes 2 days
$150 per additional day
Small group (3-6 people)
$750 base price - includes 2 days
$200 per additional day
We recommend adding gear insurance. Insurance is 15% of the total and provides coverage for anything that is damaged or broken.

You put down a $35 deposit to enable us to secure reservations.

Lock it in
Once, we’ve secured reservations you lock-in the trip with a 50% payment.

We build a highly customized gear kit for your review.

Pick up / Drop off
Convenient and quick. We meet you at Eagle Rock Rec. Center or deliver.
